This is a talk that I delivered on PGuru channel late last year on various ways, India has been facing a covert war on its own territory. I have always maintained that great societies and states need to maintain strong internal governance apparatus but at the same time a robust capacity to manage internal and external conflicts is equally crucial. In this talk, I have highlighted what I consider a larger strategic myopia that India has suffered that has hindered its ability to prevent and deter covert and hidden wars or mitigate their costs and consequences.
